During my bye of the college football season, I decided to have some of the guys over for another Grill Fest. I have shown the grill before on this blog, but I added an umbrella with a light installed in it for grilling into the late evening. Here are some pictures from that day.
My favorite to smoke on the grill is the brisket. This particular brisket was an 11lbs slab topped with apple wood smoked bacon. Below the brisket is the Boneless pork loins. All of the meat was topped with my homemade rub and sprayed on apple juice to keep it moist and tasty.
The pork loin as soon as it came off the grill. So tender and juicy.
Gotta have peppers and onions for your hot sausage.
